One simple retention loop
From a one-time setup to customers who keep coming back - one simple loop.
A 90-second overview - the owner dashboard, the staff scanner, and the customer app, end to end.
You set the points and rewards. At checkout, the customer shows a LoyalsClub QR and staff scan it with a phone, so the visit and points appear in the app. Visits recorded through LoyalsClub then give you a customer history to review and the choice of whether to follow up personally.
One visit. One visible loop.
You set the reward. Staff scan one QR at checkout. Then you can see who returned, who went quiet, and choose whether a personal follow-up is worth it.
Set value
Choose the points, rewards and locations. The economics stay in your hands.
You set the rules
Set how many points customers earn, the first-visit bonus, which rewards are available, what they are worth, and which locations take part.
You decide what loyalty is worth to your business instead of giving everyone the same discount.
Scan visit
The customer shows one QR. Staff scan it with a phone, and the points appear in the app.
At checkout
The customer shows the LoyalsClub QR and staff scan it with a phone. The visit is recorded and the points appear in the customer's app.
Your booking system and POS keep working as before. LoyalsClub adds one short step to the checkout you already have.
See history
Recorded visits show who returned and who went quiet. You decide whether to reach out.
After the visit
Visits recorded through LoyalsClub build a customer history you can review by last visit. See who returned, who has gone quiet, and open the customer record before taking action.
Instead of guessing about retention, you can see the customer and decide for yourself whether a personal follow-up is worth it.

Owner setup
Set the points rate, first-visit bonus and reward catalog in the owner portal. You decide the economics and can adjust the offer as your business learns what customers value.
What changes
Rewards, points and return activity become visible and manageable in one place.
What stays
Your existing booking system, POS and daily operating flow remain in place.
Staff at checkout
At checkout, staff scan the customer's LoyalsClub QR with a phone. The visit and points enter the retention loop without a new counter device or a second booking workflow.
What changes
A completed visit creates a customer progress signal the business can see.
What stays
Staff continue using the checkout process and phone already available to them.
Customer experience
Customers see your business, points and available rewards in one shared app. The next-visit reason remains present after they leave instead of disappearing with the receipt - your name and rewards in the customer's pocket, the way a brand stays present between visits.
What changes
The customer can see progress, rewards and a concrete reason to return.
What stays
They use one LoyalsClub app rather than installing a separate app for every business.
LoyalsClub gives you a clear picture of who's returning and why - and a system to improve it. See how it fits your business with Samvel, or start the 30-day trial yourself when you are ready.
